Question 1

Does Polidinámica manufacture or only distribute?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture and develop. We are a manufacturer with twin-screw extrusion technology, able to develop from laboratory formulation through large-scale production.

Question 2

Where is the plant located?

Accepted Answer

At Blvd. Óscar Flores Tapia 235 Int. B1, Ejido Los Llanos, ZIP 25386, Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico.

Question 3

Are NonFlame flame retardants halogen-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. NonFlame is formulated with non-halogenated solutions, aligned with sustainability policies and regulatory requirements such as REACH and RoHS. We also offer traditional FR solutions when the application requires them.

Question 4

Which UL 94 classifications can be reached?

Accepted Answer

HB, V2, V1, V0, 5VA and 5VB, depending on the resin, the formulation, the part thickness and the transformation process.

Question 5

What NonFlame masterbatch dose should I use?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the grade: between 3% and 30% depending on the base resin, and 10–15 phr for PVC. The exact value is determined with the actual resin, thickness and process; it requires technical validation by our R&D team.

Question 6

What are the standard colors?

Accepted Answer

Black, Natural and White (Natural = unpigmented resin). Other colors are developed to order using color masterbatch.

Question 7

Can several functions be combined in a single material?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is one of our core differentiators: FR + UV + Color + Reinforcement in a single pellet, which simplifies inventory and dosing and reduces process variability.

Question 8

Which transformation processes do the materials support?

Accepted Answer

Injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, extrusion coating and thermoforming.

Question 9

Is there support during plant validation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Step 03 of our development process is on-site validation, with specialized technical support during trials and validation.

Question 10

Do you offer glass-fiber polyamides?

Accepted Answer

Yes: PA635GF and PA640GF (Nylon 6), PA6620GF and PA6635GF (Nylon 6,6). All of them accept flame retardant integration.

Question 11

What is the lead time?

Accepted Answer

Delivery timelines are defined in the quotation, based on volume and production schedule.
