The contact form asks for your first and last name, email, phone, company, technical interest, location, how you found us and your message.

If you use PoliBot, we process your question and recent messages in that conversation to answer you. Operating the site may also produce technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser, access date and language preference.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not enter health or financial information, passwords or other sensitive data in the form or PoliBot.

We use the data to answer your inquiry, identify the material or service you need, follow up on the commercial proposal you requested, prepare a quotation where applicable and maintain the security and operation of the site.

These purposes are necessary to respond to your request. This site does not ask for permission to run advertising campaigns unrelated to your inquiry. If we wish to use your data for another purpose, we will inform you and request any consent required.

The contact form prepares a WhatsApp link containing your data in a draft message. Opening the link may disclose that draft to WhatsApp. You can review it and decide whether to send it. You may instead email or call us without using WhatsApp.

When PoliBot uses an AI provider, your question and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. If that service is not enabled, PoliBot answers from the website catalog. Do not enter sensitive information in the chat.

The hosting provider processes technical data to serve the page. The Google map on the contact page may connect to Google when loaded. External services also have their own privacy notices.

WhatsApp and PoliBot are optional channels. If you do not want data communicated through those services, use the email address or phone number on the contact page. You may ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data at any time by writing to the privacy email below.

Communication to the providers described above is limited to providing the channel you choose. Before any other disclosure that requires your consent, we will inform you and provide a way to accept or decline it.

The site uses the functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language when you visit a URL without a language prefix. It lasts up to one year. You can delete it in your browser; your language will then be chosen again from browser preferences.

We retain data for as long as needed to handle your request and comply with applicable legal or contractual duties. We then delete or block it as applicable. Messages you choose to send by email or WhatsApp may remain in those channels according to how they operate.

We may ask for documents needed to verify your identity or representation; for rectification, describe and support the correction.

We will communicate our decision within 20 days of receiving a complete request. If granted, we will act within the following 15 days, subject to extensions allowed by law. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.

We will publish changes on this page and update the date above. If a change requires fresh consent, we will request it through an appropriate channel before applying the new purpose.
